Well folks prior to last Thursday night we were all PRETTY MUCH of the opinion that Behzad was a very intelligent and clever man who was quite good at getting things done. He had our total confidence and respect.

He has quite the challenge facing him now.

While Pehl is the CEO I dont consider him the leader of this company. To me that person is Behzad.

And while Behzad built his team and handed the keys over to them and said it's yours now, get er done. They have not. So I feel he needs to step back in and take a leadership role once more....until the job is finished this time.

Let's see what he does in the weeks that follow.

What has happened, has happened.

The job before him now is to turn this "setback" into a "positive."

This kinda stuff happens in business all the time.

The really good leaders find a way to make the most of the unforeseen challenges along the way.

I have confidence that Behzad will get this figured out and get IMMU back on a positive path in short order.

Exceptional leaders do that kind of thing. And I think he is just that.
