I never liked Behzad or disliked him. Nor do a trust or distrust him. I don't know the man. It's his moment now to shine or to go down in flames. No pressure, dude. For reference, there are over 5,000 electronic Form 483s issued per year, and that does not include those done manually (half are food related.) Let's see how this plays out. I'm not making excuses for anyone. I just want to learn more and see what we're up against and what precipitated the decision to issue a CRL. And I'll say again, I don't think this is a time to robotically submit to government "procedure" and let that dictate your next move. Think outside the box.
