If you have no opinions, or can't rank speculate, what's the point of actively investing? The regulatory climate is very favorable now, not sure what you meant by that. The current FDA wants to approve effective drugs. IMMU screwed up, filed before they had all their ducks lined up.

I didn't say they should have accepted the SGEN deal, it turned out that was a good move, even with the setback the stock is still significantly higher. But I'm still going to rank speculate and say I don't think SGEN would have screwed this up.
