With this much at stake, Directors need to do more that just hire experts. The stock was telling you from September on that there were issues. Hate to say it but hedge fund managers don’t necessarily make good businessmen. Again, how could they let Pehl spend all that money on sales and marketing when they knew there was an issue that may or may not have been resolved to the FDA’s satisfaction.
