Dear Joe

Spam from other thread

Joe, Joe, where fore art thou Joe.

You don't write, you don't call, nothing. Seriously though, I'm sure all those with an interest in RCG would
appreciate some regular updates about what has beeen happening lately (I say those with an interest b/c I am
no longer a shareholder having watched 2/3 of my investment go up in smoke)

My original plan was to sell and take the tax losss in 97, then jump back into the fray in 98. Plans change!! I
need some reassurance as to the direction and future of this company. Nothing I have seen or heard gives me a
whole lot of confidence.

Is there any chance that the new entity will be consolidating shares. I don't think that a sub $0.10 company
has much hope of attracting investment (plus isn't there a risk of being de-listed).

Tell me something I don't know. I don't want to here anymore false assurances and platitudes.

Specifically, what does management have planned to help boost the stock price in the next three to six months.
Explain why someone who has never heard of RCG would invest in this company, never mind someone who
has followed the company and knows the story.

Eagerly awaiting your reply

DL

PS: I will post this on the other RCG thread as well. In fact what was the purpose in starting the other thread?
