That report is from August, 2018. You and others assume these issues were not addressed by last Friday.
Obviously there was an effort made to remediate all the issues and unless Pehl and a host of others at IMMU are lying, they felt the issues were adequately addressed. Based on the evidence I have so far, I believe:

1. The FDA didn't do their job adequately and there is a possibility of something much worse.
2. Favus was attempting a Barry Minkow.
