The operative word should be "could". What can the company tell us that the FDA has not already told us? Of the many issues raised over a year ago, I can not believe nothing was done with any of them. Based on what we know, my belief is that a couple weren't completed as they should have, based on what the FDA would like to see. IMO, anyone one associated with IMMU in anyway should be very careful about poking the bear. At this point I don't think the FDA is PO'd, but that could change and approvals could be mysteriously strung out.
