Tommy.... Technically the bank owns it.....they even made me use a pen to sign the paper work. I was really pissed I couldn't use pencil....but they were really confused when I put a ruler down and signed above it. They said there were already lines there....why? I told them I like to draw my own. P.S. As for a ruler....my advise....don't leave home without it... never know when you might need a hostage....
