As a number of you in this year’s Charity Contest noticed, THID & POMP, the winner and third place finisher of the 2018 Contest, both picked a $.03 cent Australian biotech for their 2019 Contest portfolios.
I did a quick check of the company, Actinogen (ACW.AX), and it appeared to be a legit biotech with an Alzheimer’s program involving cortisol inhibition. So, despite a couple of complaints about allowing a $.03 cent stock pick, I didn’t object to Actinogen’s inclusion in THID (10% allocation) & POMP’s (5% allocation) portfolios.
In fact, after spending some more time on Actinogen’s website I even bought a few hundred bucks worth of the stock. (Of course, as is the case whenever I take a flyer on a penny stock I’m prepared to lose my entire investment.)
In case anyone else is curious, here’s the link to the company website.

Any comments are welcome!
Peace & good health,
