Rory: Interesting. Dick Davis has a big following, I believe. The name of Leibovit's letter "Volume Reversal Survey" suggests he picks his stocks by Technical Analysis. However its hard to believe that there is a big technical argument for buying the stock right now, so I assume he is recommending the stock for fundamental reasons.
