Emu, if you google on press release crl fda ( i think that is what i did), it pulls up lots of companies that got crls that the ceo said was a shock to them. It is not that unique. According to one researcher, about 50% of crls are clinical result related and 50% process related. (I gave the link earlier). Another researcher found that press releases never conveyed complete info.

The fda website discussed that fda had been asked to provide crl to public, but they dont do it because of confidentiality,etc. I.e, protect property of the corporations paying them vs protect patients who would like to know the history of what is being shoved into their bodies.
