LadyPI you are relentless and thank you. just a few thoughts - I do agree with the logic of not poking the bear. Being in construction you learn you can't fight city hall. Better to kiss ass. - A month ago Pehl and his band of premier executives were brilliant, capable leaders. They didn't become stupid overnight. Ditto for Behzad - I am sure the FDA hierarchy were not waiting by their phones on a holiday weekend. - No one lost money unless you sold. Some including myself GAMBLED with some options and lost. Thats the nature of the game. - Never did I think that the chiller was part of the deal, hopefully it is because that's an easy fix and should be arriving shortly because the aerial lift is parked on site. Went for a drive today and the place was packed with cars as usual. I happened to speak with someone who turned out to be an outside contractor. He had recommended to a friend of his to invest before the event. He advised his friend to hold and said the same to me. No unusual vehicles indicating any construction. -
