The Turtle blinked. No, the turtle convinced the unwashed grubers that he blinked. He has not kept his power this long by blinking especially now that he has a counter-puncher and attack dog in the White House on his side that is using the bully pulpit. We call that WINNING. BTW, just suppose that you are right with plan B and the govt re-opens until Feb 8th (as Sen Lindsey Graham suggested initially), what do you think will happen on Feb 9th if there is no funding for the wall?
