I'd give your post on extrication from the electronic/surveillance based monetary paradigm 5+ recs if I could. Consider this post to be 5+ recs.
Two of the biggest risks involving loss of capital are the collapse scenario that would necessitate systemic restrictions on access and failure of the grid which would altogether eliminate access.
The magnetosphere ain't what it used to be and it's getting riskier every day. The electronic wall between people and their access to purchasing ability is starting to loom large.
3 more months and I'll be exactly where the situation dictates in regards to the risk as far as I see it.

Some data access is being choked off lately due to the "govt. shutdown".
There's two ways to interpret that. One is that Trump is forcing the elite (who have apparently not invited him into their party) to capitulate via that choking.
The other is that he is a member and we are being denied access at what appears to be a very interesting juncture.
