Hey Bo, did you know EMC has a 7 million dollar property payment coming up? Im not sure of exact details, but they could lose the Gaby if the money is not raised. They are also supposed to spend around 1.4 million on the Guadalupe concession (51% EMC/49% ZPA). Looks to me like they are going to have to make some deals! Dean
