I don't recall exactly but I reviewed these same docs awhile back & I believe I concluded that this person was incorporating in DE & was transfering his ownership to the fund now incorporated in DE.

Now, in the present, I don't recall what lead me to that conclusion (correct or incorrect) but now I'll have to check out my notes & see!<g>.

Maybe, someone else can confirm or deny this concretly.....preferably before I go look it up!<G>.
