NSCP has(had?) the same advantage. Don't you remember Javascript and the J-Script attempt at reverse engineering. It is not an "unfair" advantage if they are writing to thier OWN products. Why create a proprietary product if you are going to give away your secrets. Every hear of patents, intellectual property, and trade secrets? Where are the capitalists?
