Let's hope line 3 is on the way. It's no doubt been brought up to the latest specs, and should be ready to go on short notice. The total capacity of three lines should be able to accommodate several contracts from the start. If that happens, I believe the $14 and $18 levels will only be brief interludes along the way to considerably higher levels. Stay tuned.
