Manny, Im a little confused by your comments. However, if you carefully read the S-3 Im providing, it sets it all out. However, it is somewhat long, but if you take the time to read it, I believe it will allow you to understand what went on in this acquistion, who got what, who and when can sell and who owns what. I would try to explain it all to you, but I believe I would only bring more confusion than understanding.
