I know that post doesn't mean much but I saw the stock close at 39 1/4 on wed and open at 37 1/4 on Thurs showing up 2 1/4 points.I'm almost positive it's already happened. Also,if you're checking over the internet with your broker, sometimes they aren't up to date so I'd check on Mon.

Let's assume that CKR has to go borrow 350 mill from a bank to buy these rest's,would that not be a negative for them?I know that a highly leveraged co is risky but could also take off if the risk works but still for CKR to take on that much debt wouldn't that be a near term negative for the stock?

I've got a feeling they will announce a statement as such revealing that they have to fund the purchase through borrowed funds. Then wham I think the stock will take a hit.

Your thoughts?
