A key point that I have not made is that the bulk of Mr. Matthews compensation is not performanced-based. That is my main objection to all of this. Whether earnings and the stock price go up or go down, Mr. Matthews' compensation from the leases is not impacted. Also, as his new construction projects commence, his management fees will rise. I'm not questioning the market prices for the leases. I'm certain that all of that is reasonable. Again, I am concerned that most of his compensation has no relationship to Newbridge's operating performance. He is not being held accountable for operating performance.

I am not taking this issue off-line, but I am done-for the time being.
