Donald is playing the dimwits like the pro that he is... Even if the courts try to tell him that he can't declare a national emergency then Donald will defy the courts and go ahead anyhow, there is no judicial supremacy over the Executive Branch whatsoever, therefore anyone opposing Donald will have to take it to the Supreme Court and that's where he'll win because the President has every legal right and every legal privilege to declare a national emergency any time he wants, so no matter how it's played out he will win in the end and we will have our wall... All of this will result in yet another severe loss for the dimwits in 2020 who are now competing with themselves on how far left they can go... Donald is the only adult in the room and is playing this perfectly... Only those who lack vision think he caved, but he obviously didn't cave, he called a time out to ensure the 800,000 government employees can get their paychecks and also give the dimwits time to prove they can keep their word, remember they said end the shutdown and they'll work something out... so now, if they fail, then Donald will call a national emergency as surely as I'm writing this post to you right now... you can count on it, I am that certain... just watch and see how this unfolds... Only the foolish would ever bet against Donald... when he says he'll do something, you know he'll do it... GZ
