Yes but all this Earth-change excitement can provide the kind of psychological incentive that leads to a longer life for you old guyz. I'm guessing you're still pretty hardy and spry for your age. Good living, hard work at the homestead and all that.
Being 61 myself, I can almost relate.

Besides, I've had a widow-maker heart attack and spent a brief time dead. Before that, when I was in my early teens I underwent emergency exploratory surgery on a kidney. During the 5 hour procedure also spent a brief time dead.
As far as painful death...I'll take the heart attack over the kidney.
As far as dead, there's existence afterward. Been there twice.
