The only tax rate that makes moral sense is a flat tax, same for everybody including corporations. If every person and entity paid 10% of net the government would collect more than they are right now. It will never happen because big gov would not need a big bureaucracy to administer a simplified system, the way the system is now everyone is non-compliant and that is just how big gov wants it. Don’t worry about tippy-tops or billionaires just worry about keeping the system oiled and running.
