Dear Mounir - I ve not followed HYBN for awhile, but I looked it up after I saw your post. I did not realize it did a reverse split, but IMHO the private financing (it looks like a Reg S) biz.yahoo.com is what going to do the long time shareholders in. There is a likelihood that HYBN will join the rank of so many cos who have suffered such a fate. From the biz perspective, since GEM 235 is an IND, that means it has to start all over again. Sorry my post is not encouraging at all. regards, Bosco
