And what are the sometimes?. The times it doesn't fit into our scenario?. I'm sure you've never thought that way when a buy recomendation came out on a stock you were long.
As far as Wall street being pure. Nothing that has anything to do with money ever is.
Now as far as Intel goes I think the trend has already changed what your seeing is the pullback to the old trendline. I think Intel will be higher next week.
