Greg, Re"Yago Deal", You obviously think this is a great deal for CS. I think CS got a great startup. What do you think of the price as this appears to be the highest price paid for any Gigabit Ethernet company till now? (CS valued it at $213M for the 75% they did not own, compare that to the less than $100M paid for Ipsilon, $150M odd for RapidCity, $200M for Prominet) Best Wishes, MJ
