had a similar experience leaving Las Vegas a couple of years ago - an extremely boisterous, obnoxious guy sitting up front really pissed off a lot of people and apparently went over the line at some point as the plane taxied away from the gate. Before we got very far on the taxiway the pilot got on the horn and said we were returning to the gate. Spontaneous cheering broke out as the greatly subdued idiot was led from the plane.
The SW crew rebuttoned the door quickly and we were pulled back from the jetway in quicktime, took off promptly and arrived back in the Bay area right on time.
Of course this all happened before we got off the ground so there was no real danger, unlike the Kasper/Callihan contretemps.
