"I TOLD YOU SO!"

2006 housing/credit bubble was a house of cards destined to crash. GWB horrible president good person but doubled debt

2009 housing bottomed,, buy, buy, buy assets opportunity of a lifetime 'hope and change' benefits those of us at the top if the fed is the only game in town

2014 Obama a disaster dividing the country, slow growth policies and along with fed creating misallocation of capital and many distortions high costs of everything will result in socialist thinking our youth, radical hater of America ideals doubled debt

2019 Trump best president my lifetime can only hope he stays around another six years possible only hope to grow our way out of this mess hopefully more welfare to work with jobs programs and WS capital flows to opportunity zones resurgence areas far behind, fed modest intervention, privatization and modest tax reform at the top incentivize more investment rather than consumption by our highest earners, debt big concern if can't grow faster than nominal GDP

2024 ????? on fork in the road we take on multiple fronts...our skyrocketing cost of healthcare will bury us one way or the other if not fixed and so much more to that story that are game changers than single payer vs free market debate
