Well said. Big key always slow rising property values and low interest rates available to the little guy.... Hides a lot of society's ills... They want to go green in USA with Dem takeover will decimate working class as oil prices skyrocket during painful transition.. Australia no recession since 1991 riding China coat tails most benefit but those younger starting out can never buy a home but at least plenty of jobs and modern conveniences all around with bonus to look forward to one day IF they have parents with equity. Is it possible we can go a long time in USA and Brazil without serious recession in current environment with current leadership surprise the experts?
