I would have thought so to. But although Kinross has the most claims (under option) in the area they to have not as of yet produced a deposit. The Buckhorn mill which was on the US side just 10 or so miles as the crow flies on the midway side of the Greenwood Mill wad closed. because it ran out the gold deposit.

GOM has only a 5 year LOM When Rivi is entitled to 13% of the mining profits for a purchaser it represents buying a LOM of 4.6 year less the amount outstanding liabilities would consume.

I and some I spoke with believe is what is the biggest hangup in moving it into new hands. A new ore body discovery which could extend the LOM an additional 5 years is needed. That may take time unless Rivi accepts less than total fair value. Doing such would I expect land Rivi in a law suit, by share holders and Wolfe' s lawyers
