The decision to "abort" a 3-year-old child should only be between the mother and her physician.

Besides, it almost never occurs other than in cases where the mother's health may be at risk. For example, if she's suffering from migraines, lack of sleep, loss of sanity and other mental issues associated with motherhood, etc.
