Nice description! That is exactly what happened. Almost as good as my favorite "swimming in call-infested preferreds". Speaking of which, I successfully nabbed some shares of call-infested AHT-D in pre-market trading at $24.45. It is as close to a near lock to return above $25 as there is in the market. I already put in a GTC sale of these trading dollars at $25 so I won't forget.
