Mel - That article is great for the CMP slurry industry but again I must point out that so far Nanophase sales into the industry are still nonmaterial. While the recent agreements the company negotiated with first Moyco and then the company that just purchased the CMP Technologies business have "guarenteed" sales levels, we currently don't know what the penalties are (except for loss of the exclusive distribution). From what I understand Moyco's (now terminated) agreement would have "guarenteed" sales starting in 2Q98. Comments made in the press have indicated that the new agreement pushes out these guarenteed sales even further. However, at this level I think the risk level in the stock is lower than the potential reward so I'm a buyer. OB
