I think puns and play on words are really funny... A guy working in a truffle packaging plant says, "No one knows the truffles I've seen." Humor is designed to pull the rug out from under the listener who expects one outcome but receives another outcome, instead... Puns and play on words are tricks on the mind of the listener and they illustrate the richness of our language without redirecting the outcome of the joke itself... GZ
