Considering the fact that the Wall Street looks 6 Months down the road I think now it is at its' worst level and now is the time to be in. Also I would certainly take a look at insider trading at chip sector companies right now, I have done that and it is My oppinion that insiders in this sector of companies sold generally about 4 to 5 months ago, and seem to not be willing to sell at current prices, some are buying, Insiders perticulary appear to have bought at IDTI (Integraded Device Technology)... Have a look for Your self.
