Pineapples or Best Cocktail Award The signature cocktail at the Seaglass Lounge in the Cove at Atlantis is a drink served in a pineapple. Not a real pineapple mind you, a perfectly polished copper pineapple about half the size and twice the capacity of the real thing. It is an amazing cocktail, one of the most delicious drinks you will ever taste. They also make a drink called the Earl Grey Aviator, another truly decadent drink. The Cove compares favourably with drinks served by Ilario Alberto Capraro of Waterford Castle Hotel in Waterford, Ireland, which until this weekend were standalone the best cocktails I have ever had. I love cocktails that contain ingredients I have never heard of, Luxardo Maraschino's, Peychaud's Bitters, Orgeat. Can you believe they wouldn't serve me another cocktail because they had run out of orgeat? So if you get to either of those two bars, you are going to remember your drinks. In Waterford go to the castle for the afternoon tea, have a few cocktails. The castle is on an island and you have to take a ferry over.
