Larry, he lost 2 billion dollars on paper during this recent price collapse. I'm sure that got his attention... His personal fortune is heavily staked on Newbridge's success. So in reality his compensation (that is, the variation in his net worth) is very much tied to NN's operating performance. I think it's good that he's not giving himself piles of incentive stock options. He knows he doesn't need them. Andrew
