US security expert Douglas Farah of IBI Consultants told Crusoe that Nicolás Maduro's dictatorship sent dollars into cardboard boxes to El Salvador to organize the caravan of migrants that crossed Mexico at the end of last year.

According to Farah, about $ 200,000 was taken to El Salvador on October 18 on a plane from PDVSA, the Venezuelan state oil company, on flight number YV2486.
