30 million out 13 million float, at 25 cents a share,, not much to dillute or par even with Chapter 11.. In fact I'd say the company should consider share holders of IPO as lendor...
Dont think Chase wil go along with 50 mill bail out and face the share holder litigation..
LTV 103 million shares out,, comparing apples and oranges,,
We got in at .06 up to .18 took out the profit at above .40 and riding free, not bad a price and risk for co doing over 1/2 bill rev per annum... the biggest distributor of music in the country ,,,
We tested ,16 right after profit taking and came off the new support rather nicely and strong,,, upside looks better...
