the whole setup is suspicious and just plain strange, and the wager is listed on the Vancouver exchange, that which is itself a suspicious exchange, but no matter, a wager is a gamble, as long as understood as such
in summary, a lot can go wrong w/ the wager and is not perfectly aligned w/ the whatever outcome in Venezuela, but it is a Venezuelan wager
we are on lunar new year workation, and am balancing demands on time as best can, interspersed w/ much naps
