I would like to get comfortable that the recent announcements that Nikon DUV shipments are down 20%, TSMC is at .25 um (with ASML?), and that ASMLF has eclipsed CANON as number 2 stepper company, Korea is focussing on Semi sector, all mean the same thing. CYMI backlog is ok. ANy body know how ASMLF is doing against Nikon and CANON in ASIA? Market share shift would be great to know! Thanks TI2
