Thanks again for all your recommendations about what to read from whom. Now, that said, let me recommend something for you to read and unless you already are well studied here, you better hurry up and add some solid foundation to your knowledge about what really is going on in the EU and slowly popping up in the Americas as well: 'Il Principe' (The Prince) by Niccolo Machiavelli.
I read his words of utter wisdom every 1-2 years.
One cannot but getting the feeling, that those bad forces driving the EU concept ahead to complete their dark plans do indeed know their Machiavelli extremely well.

1. Push for a full integration of a large area and help the strongest leader of them all to gather all administrative and executive power in one, in his hand.

2. When done, eliminate him and move in to take over the empty seat.

Pretty much the story of 'The Prince'.
