No, guys go bad because the company lied and said they had a process that recovers 1opt, scales up, and is low cost, when in fact it was none of the above. Guys also go bad when the company invests in another unknown company in order to pay fat salaries to the management of that company (who happen to be the management of our company). Finally, guys go bad when this fact is not dislcosed until it is too late to dump their shares without being handed their hat.
