I wonder if people in California will move out and leave the landlord (themselves) holding the bag for the power bill? I think the landlords are the PGE share holders and bond holders. I'm still sending electricity to the company on sunny days. "What if we suffered a truly catastrophic failure of that system?" It would be pretty much any post-apocalyptic movie scenario. OTH, CO2 emissions would nose-dive.
