You have to remember that the PPS went to $.70 during December. Time is going to tell but this is an almost no lose proposition. Heavy insider ownership in a strong moat industry with a $130 million dollar backlog. What is not to like as it is also a great buyout candidate. It might take time but I am not a day trader.
