I only own the 2 mlp's, EPD and MMP. As a business EPD is firing on all cylinders, as to being unit holder friendly, I'm not so sure. I'm not sure I like the recent buyback announcement and it makes me wonder who it is actually benefiting, me or the founders family. On one hand they issue new shares with the reinvestment and on the other buy the shares back, I don't know.
I didn't think the last report from MMP was that great and wonder how many VLCC loading facilities the market can really support.
Just a few thoughts in the back of my head. Will continue to reinvest in both though, for now. If MMP was trading above 60 I'd probably take the cash.

EPD remains my largest single stock holding and look forward to the 15+/- shares showing up in my account each quarter. If I'm not mistaken we no longer get the 5% discount...if I'm correct, they should have reinstated that instead of a buyback.
