I have a couple of issues to address:

1. Mr. Matthews is a strong proponent of performance related compensation. I believe that Newbridge does not pay a cash bonus, but stock options only (Walter please confirm). Matthews is way beyond the "NNC for Profit" stage, he wants to shape the technology going forward and make NN and ATM the standard.

2. The notion that technical trading NN is profitable is weak. If NN warns analysts early in February that they will miss targets then it will go down.

3. Employees of companies are not allowed to hedge positions in the company of the stock that they work for. Particularly insiders.

This stock is volatile and will be prone to lagging performance like we are seeing currently. It also will be prone to violent upswings over a period of time.
