Well, I think it is very interesting that partial birth abortions for elective reasons are legal. Infanticide is simply the killing of a baby. Perhaps if you don't want to discuss this any further, someone else can explain to me why that is legal, and if the same mother has the baby at home or in a public restroom and then kills it, a crime has been committed.

I think the mental state of a mother who has a late-term, partial birth abortion of a viable fetus because she does not want a baby, and the mental state of a mother who murders her child, is probably similar. But certainly, it is not post-partum depression!!!
