OK, understand that. Now that said, as far as I know, any woman, who wants to terminate her pregnancy during say the first 20 weeks in the US, as far as I know has very few if any problems getting that done. Worst case she might need a short trip out of the state.
The 20- to 24 weeks (in Sweden!) limit is pretty much the same rule world-wide, socialist or not.
What else does your leftist female friend want?

If she want's a delivered baby killed, however, Virginia may soon be the only US paradise for that, but who knows ...
